Lower Power Rates on the Way?

The price of crude oil has fallen to about US78/-pb. This is just more than half its price in Jul / Aug 08, against which our current power rates are pegged by the PAPzis. Can we expect our Jan to Mar 09 power prices to drop by about 40%?

1. Is our purchase of gas price from Indonesia constant or peg to the same yardstick?

2. Disclose more details about how the quarterly rate of electricity is derived?

everything is left in a vague zone which commoners can never understand and never get a clear answer.

then 1 fine day something really bad happen and we realise alot of things have been covered up, it is too late.

look at all the examples all over the world, it is just the same format. Most of the time before expose and after expose is just like heaven and hell.
