2. Meditation/yoga and Chakras balancing is key. It takes years to be able to feel the energy in our Chakra meridian points and many more years to be able to move energy like some C'hi-Gong masters they can heat up the palm and heal or move things with that C'hi. Within and without.
3. So b4 we go into the actual works the philosophy part must be understood first. So i'm just going to put it across simply, that is to be able to forgive everything and everyone due to understanding because when it is understood forgiveness is not even necessary. Why ?

Welp.... Firstly we must know that all things are connected and nothing is even accidental. All are xp and lessons perfect as it is in totality that's why we say nothing is even accidental everything is Karma or cause and effects that's all. So forgiveness is key though that means we do no harm but then it also means we takes no shitz we fight for our rights too but no extra aggression or revenge is necessarily just enough to neutralize into win/win situation of course that takes extreme wisdom and talk is cheap irl it's not that easy.

Forgiveness is key compassion is the way and the essence is love hence the reaction is always out of Love. <---- this is the core the basic of the state-of-being the default state before you even need to jump into Spirituality or Tantra.

There are many types of Tantra, Dark Tantra, Grey Tantra and White or Spiritual Tantra. White or Spiritual tantra is the 'seed' / sperm is non spill the energy harnessed the extremely high vibration or energy is recycled out the crown Chakra and 'contact' with the infinite intelligent would have been made and back into the body again in the Tao's school it's call C'hi bending for the recycled or enhanced energy is retained and not lost.

In the Esoteric teachings it's 'Return to Eden' metaphor because Sex the original sin is used again to reset the DNA over a short period of time, simply put it'll heal you up very fast and yes like Zhihau said it'll boost your immunity several folds.

There's nothing of nature mutation in this world that the Human body cannot heal. Forgiveness is healing.
