Just had a meeting in MBS and went to do a higher-level department briefly to survey the site.

To my astonishment, the whole department was PRCs. I asked the person accompanying me was it because MBS was hiring these PRCs to bring in the China high-rollers. He told me, "not really, that's not the job-function of this department". He said that many PRCs in MBS's senior management positions are technically considered "Singaporean citizens" because they are PRs or naturalized. MBS don't like local-born. Local-born Singapore don't get promoted to such level in that department. Local-born got to serve reservists, while these china-turned Singaporeans need not.

Looking back, having casino in Singapore ruins lives of locals, increases cost of living and provides limited career progression opportunities for locals.

Sinkees are only welcomed and embraced by Gahment agencies because that's where they thrive. And that's also where you can see their full-on incompetency and low level thinking on display. Most Sinkees don't want to get out of comfort zones, are lazy and just want to quickly get work done with and go home. Not so with FTs. Most are committed and get work done in an efficient manner because the hunger is there. Sinkees complain more than they work and have this irritating self-entitled attitude. If I could, I would have hired all FTs.

You forgot the army controls you and not the company. They can anytime call you to serve irrespective of your work commitment. That's is bad if company's work schedule is disrupted.

That's just an excuse for employers to use when they are hesitant to hire Sinkees. If the value of an employee is there, reservist duty is a small matter easily resolved.

Sinkees need to look in the mirror and ask themselves this question: If the roles are reversed and they are the employers, would they hire someone like themselves?

Sinkees can only work as Grab delivery or drivers, or similar work where they don't have to compete. They fail because the hunger and drive to excel is just not there.
