Yes, if the size is really much smaller as compared to all the documents they provided. If its already ready of course to be measured.
Great, kudos and thanks for helping out another. Bring him around all the areas, i would always ask my friends to buy on the assumption that one day they may live there.

Congratulations for the crossover. For the kids, I guess pre-planning in the start and discipline is the key, need some nagging to get things done properly...
It is never easy, especially for kids. Mine starting tugging at my heart strings recently. I guess for their sake, i should try to hang around longer. Yesterday wife came back and said my son kept half his ice cream (in a cup for me) as he wanted to save it for me. Problem was, it already melted by the time he came back from school. Then another time, he woke up around 4am (that day after i just finished work and fell asleep), got onto the bed and hugged me. Wife woke up later and saw it. When he comes back and doesn't see me, he will ask where i was. A few times he cried when i wasn't around.
This world is already such a crazy place but the family makes sense of all the madness at the end of the day especially when it gets so insane at times.

The issue is the drawings in S&P never specify +/- 2% tolerance for dimension, only indicated that developer is liable to compensate certain amount per square foot if below size etc. So I have to determine whether the difference in area is significant before proceed to next course of action.

Thats why you need to first get a third party (neutral) to do the survey and provide you with the hard data. The next logical question then is to check with your legal counsel to check on your rights for compensation since specific implement may be hard to enforce on them.

if that really happen, it will not be Spore to me anymore. Sound like another part of the world.. No government as all are corrupted. no foreigner as they are afraid of the ppl. no rich people as it is a slum..
I wonder why the fxxx I am staying in a country which is not mine and benefits all to its bumis, we are just their profits generators! One new rule out, out we go also!
The same reason you hated the foreigners in our country, you are doing the same to our counterparts.. Driving living standard and property prices beyond the reach of average Johorians.. I certainly hope they will not call us foreign pigs..

Cant imagine living in a country without rich people.. Sound like Kampong to me. no supermarkets, no car dealers, no shopping malls, No cinemas, no chain restaurants, etc. whoever own all this places will be rich..
If only we all can build an imaginary world that we can all live in and store it in Cloud storage...

Yes, was joyful initially but developer made "mistakes" during progressive billing (certain stage of construction not completed but billed to me as completed), not once but twice!! I learned to be more careful and lately detected 0.1m shortage, 0.1m X 20m = 2sqm which maybe negligible for superlink / semi-detached / corner house but that's equivalent to few thousand dollars of hard earned money to me.
