I tried to search google for mukim pulai but it showed that it covers from skudai to danga bay and even leisure farm? Mukim is like a district isn't it? And the mukim kulai is so big?? Can enlighten more if you have extra info? Much thanks!

Dijaya Corporation has just annouced the purchase of lanbank near Taman Laguna...if the masterplan for Danga Bay is implemented, Taman Laguna will be a very good buy!

Last week, we went to HH to view my potential contractor wet work (thanks to Arsenal to recommend him).
Was impressed with HH security and the house (double storey semi-d) facing the golf course... saliva drools with the landcapes..

Thanks to this comment to ease my decision to buy Laguna over HH (of course partly HH $$ is a bit too high for me).

Overall satisfied with the contractor's workmanship and shd start the renovation in next 1-2 weeks time..
Btw, any good carpentry to recommend for kitchen cabinets and bedrooms carpentry works? Thanks all once again.

The 55 acres are located next to Taman laguna. You can access using the coastal highway exit. Just put sungai danga on google maps.


I do not have an exact location of the lots, but the abode should suffice to have a general idea.

Ok guys, if you really want to know, just go to Jupem website (Malaysia land portal) and introduce the lot number, follows by district of Johor bahru and Mukim pulai.

You should be able to get the exact lots. The key issue is to know whether is waterfront property and how good will be the road connecting to coastal highway.

Another consideration will be whether is landed or high rise.

Tomorrow I will long into Jupem and give you a better idea.

Just been to the iskandar website and try to map what you said. It looks like the 55 acres are part of the area called Node 2. Node 2 is 987 acres, so 55 acres is only like 5% of the land area. It also says Node 2 is an international mixed use marina development comprising predominantly luxury residential properties, leisure & tourism as well as marina berths.

Hi Bro, I tried to explore Jupem. There are so many different tabs and I don't know where to key in the required info …

yes please, if you would be so kind to download the plans please … sorry I got a little bit too excited over this as this is the first news that I hear for something to happen surrounding taman laguna. Dijaya has done so well with tropez and im sure they wont disappoint with this 55 acres.

the road at taman laguna linking to the coastal highway is already done. traffic light is also up and running. so it is really easy to access.

I believe a few months ago, when Najib visited Danga bay, there were some renderings on the future plans for node 2.
