Why must police made to wear a heavy cap that needs one hand to be holding the cap while running and chasing suspect ? Isn't wearing beret more sart kee . firm and can run faster ?

You don't see these Poodles wearing their peaked caps while chasing suspects.. Most of them would leave their caps inside their patrol cars when going out.. By right, they must wear the peaked caps when in public areas as it is part of their uniform but most of these Poodles can't be bothered to do so.. So I believed the top brass close one eye on the matter..
