Lim Hwee Hua - Lawsuit or a request for an apology

If Lim Hwee Hua stood as an opposition candidates and made the same serious allegation of questionable accounts in Tanjong Pagar or AMK GRC, I am sure that she would be facing a lawsuit by now.

At the very least she should offer an explanation for her comments or tender an apology.

She knew the process and she had right of access to the accounts but did not reveal it to the voters.

Truly a dishonest and deceitful person and I am sure that many felt that it caused Aljunied PAP votes.

Absolute disgrace when Chee is still in financial strife as a result of what the old man and his son did in the courts of Singapore.

When LHH spouted all the nonsensical accusations, i was telling myself - just wait for the election outcome.
As it turned out, she got more than a tight slap, it was a huge PUNCH on her CB face.

That is good enough, LTK would do well just moving on.

LHH's accusations backfired, so had lost her seat in Parliament, brought disgrace to PAP and will be an outcast forever in PAP history book.

I do not think LTK will sue LHH, perhaps LTK may even thank her for casting doubt on the Hougang Town Council's accounts.

Since everybody knows that the Hougang TC's accounts are periodically audited and could stand up to public scruntiny, this is a matter of fact. LHH showed how stupid and desperate she was in the heat of the election battle so lost credibility and her Parliamentary seat in the process. This is one tactical mistake, she will live to repent.
