Last time I visited Pattaya I saw the "river-bank-ing", but flooding is common in LOS. Not the once in 50 year thingy you find in Spore

They have thousands of sand bag stack at least 3 layer height. But the Liat Tower have only 120 small sand bag arrange in only one layer water can slip thru easily.
The management try to fool the tenant.

what is the use of sand bags withou sand?? they will sell yellow coloured mackintoshes, yelllow coloured rubber books, emergency bikinis ( itsy bitsy, yeloow polka dots), swimming trunks ( extra small & tight), diving suit & oxygen tanks, together with a PADI certified diver to teach you & issue you the PADI certficate..plus inflatable rubber dinghy, paddle extras...emergency flares & ship horns...
