Cb aqua Quek Food courts have cashless also. But is their own card and you need carry extra card and queue up to top up using cash. And the card is the swipe type with receipt issued. Haha so much for smart nation.

Actually it is a good question. If Skype and other things can come out of Estonia, why not us. However, it is PM Lee who has to look into it and answer the questions. Here's a hint :"Our horizons are too small".
