Working Holiday
Under 30? Want to work and travel in New Zealand?
Then a Working Holiday visa may be just your ticket!
The Working Holiday visa is one that is offered to young people from a number of countries.
The length of time the visa is granted varies by country.
Generally, if you are over 18 and under 30 you can get a Working Holiday visa that allows you to work and travel in New Zealand for up to 12 months. UK nationals can stay here up to 23 months on this visa. To find out more about the qualifications needed for this visa, click here.
If you are under 35, a work exchange progamme is another option. BUNAC and CCUSA are private organisations who offer work exchange schemes, which are similar to Working Holiday visas. The arrangements they offer vary by nationality, and they do not offer schemes for all countries.
