中國人大常務委員會在今（ 30 ）日早上全體通過「港版國安法」，據《新華社》報導，中國國家主席習近平已簽署主席令，將此法納入《基本法》附件三所列的全國性法律，即刻生效。
報道指出，今天上午有 162 人出席全國人大常委會，會議中全體人員通過「港版國安法」，下午 163 人出席會議，審議將「港版國安法」加入《基本法》附件三當中，並由全國人大法工委主任沈春耀進行說明，會議結束前通過將此法納入《基本法》附件三當中，作為全國性法律在香港實施。
據悉，「港版國安法」共 6 章、66 條，是兼具實體法、程序法和組織法內容的綜合性法律。法律明確規定了香港特別行政區維護國家安全的職責和機構，分裂國家罪、顛覆國家政權罪、恐怖活動罪、勾結外國或者境外勢力危害國家安全罪四類罪行和處罰，案件管轄、法律適用和程序，中央人民政府駐香港特別行政區維護國家安全機構等內容，建立起香港特別行政區維護國家安全的法律制度和執行機制。
人大委員長栗戰書表示，「港版國安法」考量兩種制度差異和香港具體情況，充份體現「懲治極少數，保護大多數」的原則，為維護國家安全、香港長治久安，確保一國兩制事業行穩致遠，提供了法律支撐和保障，這次立法是人心所向，大勢所趨。
就在「港版國安法」確定納入《基本法》附件三後，中國國務院港澳辦及中聯辦發表聲明，堅持擁護全國人大通過此法，並會全力支持港府及中央駐港的國安機構實施、執行。
