If Alternative parties are still hoping to win next GE to dethrone the Lee family, the dream is a pipe dream. Yes, Alt parties will draw huge sincere crowd but they will still lose. PAP may not draw crowds, but the majority cowards read Straits Times, watch mediacorpse will vote for PAP.
Anyway, the campaign set out to dilute local voters is complete which means more naturalised citizens are put in place to upset the oppo votes and widen the margin.
The cruel Foreign-talent policy has been a successful red herring and convince the stupid locals that FTs are indispensible.
But staying in power at all costs does come with a hefty price.
The current govt has to love the new citizens and the PRs, double sure these new people are well fed, and at the same time , the PAP rich people must put on a good show to make sure local people and low income group are not neglected or there would be social unrest.
