The whole case rested on the star witness Sue. She gave 3 versions and her latest version was "She never had sex with Gay'.
Legally no one should cheerypick any version. Her testimony in court and her statements with the CPIB should be thrown out.
That should be the sceniro and prosecution case collapsed and Gay could walk out a free man
