Dont waste time and money. You dont need a lawyer unless claiming trial. If not, lawyers will try to reduce a s148 charge to s147. If s147, to s143. Injuries sustained and your CRO records will be main deciding factors in written representation to AGC. Lawyers will ask fr 3-5k for this.
