Serious Lawyer for a medical incident.

Hi. Yes I could Google to pluck and choose. But its really new to me so hoping someone here had gone through a similiar case to recommend a good lawyer. Thank you.

Briefly. Underwent an operation. Later found totally no improvement after the operation. Upon review, Doctor revealed it was due to their supplier's faulty product.

Wish to get a good lawyer to seek some kind of compensation on this matter.

Appreciate if anyone has similiar experience. Thank you.

KNN if you have a lot of spare time and money can fight case for self righteousness don't need care about the outcome KNN else just tell the billing business office you are not going to pay for the cost and ask them send lawyer letter to you instead KNN my uncle been there done that and bill wrote off KNN

Before that leemember to have supportive docs and facts by going to another medical consultation to proof medical condition still exist after the surgery KNN better still log a polis leeport first in case it come to usage KNN it is always better to take such incident on our own hand than relying on lawyers KNN beware not all are trustable and act on your benefits KNN

But a fair compensation for the medical cost And other related cost incurred.

In this case probably you can make an appointment to meet the supplier with the proof of faulty supplies from the surgeons with all the medical bills then negotiate a fair amount out of court compensation and see what they say KNN

KNN in such event there is no such thing as small fish big fish KNN there are various thing to sort out I.e. whether the medical personnel in the hospital is aware of such possible fault (and give disclaimer of this product ) before the surgery or whether quality check was not done properly is it a sealed sterile pack etc if the doctor was not aware then is also part of doc negligence KNN also depend on the bill size of the claims KNN

can name the Faulty product ?

if no name did you ask your Doctor whether what you think about the faulty product is claimable or sue-able. the replacement product good ? then u still alive

I would recommend you ask your doctor if there are other patients who got involved with this company's defective product.

If there are enough you can go for a class action lawsuit. A big time lawyer will be willing to take it on. You dont have to pay any legal costs that way too. And you also get compensation for everyone affected.

Sounds like his doctor is quite happy to help. Because by doing so the patient wont sue him but sue the medical equipment company .
