the last time, pap used "structural" unemployment to con the nation. it simply meant they were clueless how to generate jobs.

now i hear "structural" recession. now WTF is that?:*:

i think the best use for this "structural" word would be to describe those backdoor mp as STRUCTURAL MP or mps who are "structured" to be mp not becos of their own capability but becos of their linkage to some powderful pink stuff.
