Francis Seow was one LKY's blue-eyed boy. There were a few of these people who achieved top posts within the hierarchy. Unfortunately, Francis and a few others, cross the line and was unceremoniously booted out. More unforgivable to LKY, Francis went to the other side and wanted to bring LKY down. The rest is history.
When FS was SG, he was king! He had the backing of LKY then. Similarly Glenn Knight was once an untouchable. He was machiam AG. In the end, he step on the toes of someone even more 'protected' and paid the price.
The problem with Francis was that he was never against LKY when he was top dog as AG. He was in the system but did nothing to help fight injustice. Tells you a lot about this type of characters. There are others like him before and after, like Glenn. This is their Karma. We can use such people to help our cause but be wary of them.

The nocturnal activities even exist in powerful organisations. I know one high ranking "short arse" who was bumping a married woman under him (pun intended). Eventually she left her family to stay with him. Then there was another top married man who had a paramour working with him. When he left to join a large company, he took her along and appointed her to a senior post in the new place. I cannot give details for obvious reasons.
