Hate to break this to you but you must own a property first before you could get any tenant.
The female security guard at the condo revealed that Shen Tianbao would ride a bicycle to deliver food every day, and he would stop his bicycle in the parking lot.

In order to avoid situations like these, lawyers proposed that the most simple and effective method to protect the landlords is to explicitly state in the contract that the landlord has the right to lock the door to the house once the tenant violates the contract.

However, before locking the doors, the landlord must ensure that no one is at home.
Paper trails and meticulous documentation is critical.
That is why I will always use my own Tenancy Agreement and will never use the housing agent's. I've already included a clause under "Right Of Re-Entry":

If the rent hereby reserved or any part thereof shall be unpaid for SEVEN (7) days after its due (whether formally demanded or not) or if the Tenant shall at anytime fail or neglect to perform or observe any of the obligations, conditions, covenants or stipulations and agreements herein contained on its part to be performed or observed or if the Tenant or any other person in whom for the time being the tenancy herein shall be vested shall become bankrupt or enter into composition with the Tenant’s creditors or suffer any distress or execution to be levied on the Tenant’s goods, then and in any of the said cases, it shall be lawful for the Landlord at any time thereafter to re-enter upon the premises and change of premises locks and evict all the Tenant and Occupant and forfeit all security deposit and advance rental paid or any part thereof and thereupon this Agreement shall absolutely terminate but without prejudice to the right of action of the Landlord in respect of any antecedent breach of this Agreement by the Tenant.

Those of you Samsters who are landlords can consider including a similar clause as above in your Tenancy Agreement to protect yourself.

All property agent must have shared database, once their ID number is search, their smelly past will pop-up
Since our Law is quite useless to deal with them, its up to the Public to take own action against these people
