The people of Singapore, many of them, don't know how to use escalator properly. They don't uniformly keep to one side of the escalator.
You have been Prime Minister of Singapore, from 1959 till 1990. For about 30 years. You are in charge leading this country for 30 years. And after 30 years of your leadership, Singaporeans don't even know how to use escalator properly...Can we say this failure in basic civic mindedness, you have to take certain responsibility for it??
