The Russian TOS-1A thermobaric rocket launcher was reportedly captured by the Ukrainian army on Tuesday afternoon. An image posted on Twitter showed the heavy military weapon in an unspecified location.

The rocket launcher, which Russia categorises as a “heavy flamethrower”, has an infamous reputation because of the thermobaric rockets it fires.

Thermobaric weapons suck oxygen from the surrounding air to create a high-temperature explosion. The blasts can last significantly longer than a conventional explosive and are capable of vaporising human bodies.

They are some of the most powerful non-nuclear weapons in existence and are banned under the Geneva Conventions.

Mounted on a T-72 tank chassis, the TOS-1A is one of many different types of heavy artillery spotted entering Ukraine from Russia since the invasion began last Thursday.

There have been claims on social media that the TOS-1A has been used in the latest artillery strikes by Russia, including the barrage on the town of Vasylkiv, around 20 miles south of Kyiv.

Compared to the barbaric Japanese, that's not v shocking.

The 13 December 1937 article in the Tokyo Nichi Nichi Shimbun's Contest to kill 100 people using a sword series. Mukai (left) and Noda (right). The bold headline reads, 'Incredible Record' - Mukai 106 – 105 Noda—Both 2nd Lieutenants Go Into Extra Innings"
In 1937, the Osaka Mainichi Shimbun and its sister newspaper, the Tokyo Nichi Nichi Shimbun covered a contest between two Japaneseofficers, Toshiaki Mukai (向井敏明) and Tsuyoshi Noda (野田毅), in which the two men were described as vying with one another to be the first to kill 100 people with a sword. The competition supposedly took place on route to Nanking, prior to the infamous Nanking Massacre, and was covered in four articles from 30 November 1937, to 13 December 1937; the last two being translated in the Japan Advertiser.
Both officers supposedly surpassed their goal during the heat of battle, making it difficult to determine which officer had actually won the contest. Therefore, (according to the journalists Asami Kazuo and Suzuki Jiro, writing in the Tokyo Nichi-Nichi Shimbun of 13 December), they decided to begin another contest with the goal of 150 kills.[6] The Nichi Nichiheadline of the story of 13 December read "'Incredible Record' [in the Contest to] Behead 100 People—Mukai 106 – 105 Noda—Both 2nd Lieutenants Go Into Extra Innings".
Other soldiers and historians have noted the unlikelihood of the lieutenants' alleged heroics, which entailed killing enemy after enemy in fierce hand-to-hand combat.[4] Noda himself, on returning to his hometown, admitted this during a speech.
Actually, I didn't kill more than four or five people in hand-to-hand combat ... We'd face an enemy trench that we'd captured, and when we called out, "Ni, Lai-Lai!" (You, come here!), the Chinese soldiers were so stupid, they'd rush toward us all at once. Then we'd line them up and cut them down, from one end of the line to the other. I was praised for having killed a hundred people, but actually, almost all of them were killed in this way. The two of us did have a contest, but afterwards. I was often asked whether it was a big deal, and I said it was no big deal ...[7]

afterall, ukrainians will die fighting. may as well free prisoners and criminals and let them fight for their own lives. that was what happened in ww2 on the eastern front.

You are being stupid to the maximum again. If Ukraine will lose this war, and which is in total likeliness now, how to claim back a cent from Ukraine? You think Bloodymir Putin will honor any payment demands from the West, not just the US?

Some of you here can really spin stories. You say about the US selling oil to Europe and profiting from it. Please lah, after Biden comes into power and with his so-called Green Plan, many of those Shale Oil crackers have already been shut down by him and the US has reverted to buying oil from Russia instead. Trump has just mentioned that he is so mad about this. As late into his governance, the US had turned to be an exporter of oil but now it has to import oil again.
Wumaos twist and spin stories.

Why do these nations want to make statements when nobody gives a damn who you are?
same same reason as why 慕洋狗s want to make si dick ments when only very few here would bother to give a response sometimes , and nobody gives a damn who these dogs and bitches are.

Many good points about the war. The Russkies will win. And alot of propaganda about the Russkies being fucked up. But the Russkies are not as lousy as the west have made them out to be..it's just how much the Ukrainians can make them bleed.

even dead man was revived by the farce being showed

THE REASON AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONFLICT IN UKRAINE.

Russia had already disabled air capabilities on the first day with missiles. Now they are encircling Kiev and biding time. Hopefully for a negotiated Ukraine surrender. I heard there's another round of talks between both sides again today
Latvia sending drones to Ukraine

Russian forces have taken the Black Sea city of Kherson in southern Ukraine, a significant victory for Moscow after a string of military setbacks.

The battlefield gain, confirmed by local Ukrainian officials late Wednesday, came as Ukraine’s second city Kharkiv continued to come under severe Russian shelling, prompting comparisons to the massacres of civilians in Sarajevo in the 1990s.

Russian forces also reportedly surrounded Mariupol, a strategic port on the Sea of Azov, as the invasion entered its eighth day on Thursday. Another key Ukrainian port, Berdiansk, has already been seized by Russian troops.

However, the huge armoured column threatening the capital Kyiv appeared stalled outside the capital, according to US officials.

Moscow’s isolation deepened, meanwhile, when most of the world lined up against it at the United Nations to demand it withdraw from Ukraine. And the prosecutor for the International Criminal Court opened an investigation into possible war crimes.

Russia reported its military casualties for the first time since the invasion began last week, saying nearly 500 of its troops have been killed and almost 1,600 wounded.

Will the Ukraine arm forces release their zombie army ?

This hypocrite bastard still has religion in him. WTF?

There's no check on him in Russia. This is EXACTLY what will also happen to Winnie if he's not checked:

Boris Yeltsin that alcoholic drunkard made a very bad choice of choosing Putin a former KGB officer as his heir. Vodka guzzling Yeltsin was probably drunk when he made the decision.

When your are fighting a certain defeat and you still want to ask untrained citizens to take up arms. Seriously...just accept Russia terms.

Dun flatter yourself Russia want occupy Ukraine. They just want demilitarised it. Who wants shxthole?
The idiots, having beem conquered by both poland and russia before, then ussr, chose to disarm their people and get rid of their nuclear arsenal. Which was 30% of the ussr! These fools have a death wish
