My friend who used to work in pizzahut told be they used to do the same thing. One piece of advice, never offend the counter staffs. you wouldn't know what sort of extra ingredient they might add in the kitchen.

Watch the video again. While she took out a piece of chicken, she dropped a white colour cup back into the trash bin. There is more than just fresh chicken pieces inside there.

yes i know, i do know of the possibility of having other staff inside.
but from experience, esp during closing, its a common sight that the whole bin is filled with food that were just cooked few hrs ago.
