Chitchat Just what is wrong when AMDL wears a chinky cheongsam?

So, what's wrong with white chicks wearing Chink clothes when chink chicks all over the world wear western clothes.

these are typical han dynasty dresses or hanfu. do kimonos look like them? of course. dresses from the qin to han had all chink women covered up from neck to toe in a 1-piece garment with a sash or belt around the tightest part of the torso - similar to how kimonos are worn today. the extra cloth or long pockets at the handles or sleeves are characteristic of qin and han dresses - the same deep pockets found in sleeves of modern day kimonos.

this is true then ?

I had an important realisation at DevWeek: I wasn’t the only one bluffing my way through the tech scene. Everyone was doing it, even the much-sought-after engineering talent. I was struck by how many developers were, like myself, not really programmers, but rather this, that and the other. A great number of tech ninjas were not exactly black belts when it came to the actual onerous work of computer programming. So many of the complex, discrete tasks involved in the creation of a website or an app had been automated that it was no longer necessary to possess knowledge of software mechanics. The coder’s work was rarely a craft. The apps ran on an assembly line, built with “open-source”, off-the-shelf components. The most important computer commands for the ninja to master were copy and paste.

yup, very true. nehs in the valley learn from their buddies who have been there (copy) and done that (paste). very easy to suan and get away with sound bytes as though they know what they are doing. i even got on a call with over a dozen neh "techies" and told them ipv6 frames are difficult to fragment and reassemble through a tunneling protocol with limited window (mtu) size, and a smart alec neh argued that ipv6 frames could never be fragmented at all to contradict me, but i pointed out that the minimum size is 1280 bytes and fragmentation would still work with multiples of 1280 bytes to shut him up.

before the meiji restoration, both jap men and women pooped in the open fields by lifting their one-piece outfit to the waist, squatting down, and letting one go. farmers would come along and scoop them up for manure for their crop. only after they learned from angmo that pooping in the open was not modest and hygienic they relented and went the angmo way of discrete shit. (angmo is the best!) of course, homes were already equipped with outhouses, and they pooped at the outhouse when they were home. but when they travelled by foot, shit could flow down a kimono when they could not hold anymore. the extra cloth on the back is seldom used for its true purpose.
