I don't. Not playing much music in general lately cause my tinnitus is driving me nuts.
I have been suffering from tinnitus for 5 1/2 years. It started at the exact same time as headaches, which are still there all the time. I do not have anxiety or depression. When the headache is worse, the ringing is louder. Very debilitating and distracting. I control the quality of my hearing by doing a hearing test online free regularly. If it gets worse in one point - i am ready for the first pair of hearing aids.
