Jurong Town Council: 1/4/2010 Up your S&CC Charges hor !

Got this in my mail from my Town Council:-

From 1st Apr, Service & Conservancy Charges all up:-
1 rm - from 52.70 to 55.50
2 rm - 53.20 to 56
3 rm - 55 to 58
4 rm - 58.50 to 61.50
5 rm - 67.80 to 71.30
exec - 81 to 84.60

last raise 2005, now 5 yrs
(1)oredy electricity up 38.4%
(2) under LUP, more lifts so lift maintenance up
(3) cleaning cost up 10% cos manpower cost & demand on standards up.

got problem go see MP for what comcare blah blah

No problem, just pay & pay, got it ?

This yr budget no S&CC rebate bad enough, now CCB Jurong Town Council want to up charges.

Is this island-wide in other PAP town councils as well ? :oIo:

Very bad town council lost money in investment oversea them HDB owner have to pay!
Nabe even poor people 1 & 2 room also have to pay more.
Town council should reduce 50% charges for 2 room and below.

Town Councils should be watering plants and fertilising plants .

Stupid town councils sending in people to cut grass and trees when grass are already dried out . What is there to cut .

Stupid town councils spending money recklessly and aiming to get kick-back .
