The ART of war? He played too much War computer games. Not a single wounds or scars prove he has fought a real battle. As to why he rose so fast in rank, he is not the only one. LHL rose from officer to wherever his father wanted. It wasn't so difficult for them to self praise self promote. As long as you are good in organising a National Day parade, you are considered a talent, but whether you can managed a large commercial sector (eg SMRT, NOL or SPH) is another story. In fact, a sheep knows better than Chan where cotton came from. If he Cotton Chan can deliver his view about giant rivalry, then a Sheep can actually fly.
