However,as there are NO available jobs,the Career Coach can only coach the jobless and the jobless

Foreigners do not need career coach as they can get jobs while sinkies after going thru what is supposedly a world class and very expensive education with many awards -still cannot get jobs and need "coaching". This is simply an extension of the tuition system-where they need to be tutored for everthing , if not they are lost.
Even Indian born with masters from South Pacific University can do better to the point that a statutory board the IDA issued a press statement to defend her.
Name me one local born who was defended by IDA or what is now the The Infocommunications Media Development Authority (IMDA) and the Government Technology Organisation
But when Malaysia intrude into singapore waters, what happen to all these foreign talents
