When PRs are also eligible to apply for vacancies in the civil service, you can bet your life that sinkies have to compete with them for the vacancies. Why are PRs also allowed to work in the civil service? They are after all foreigners. As long as paps remain in power, sinkies will suffer.

The truth is. All govts in the world lie and like Ah Tiong, you believe in the lie.

In those countries you mentioned, the people learnt not to trust their govts. They trust in themselves and their abilities.

These days, we wonder if governments are becoming unnecessary self serving evil ?


I spoke to poor Ah Tiongs who still believe the lie that the coastal cities should become rich first, followed by the peasents.
The Chinese govt is the best in the world, because they lifted poverty. But when I asked why rivers are polluted, farmlands turned toxic and theur are repossessed, they blamed local officials, not the govt.
