After this covid countries will rethink the purpose and function of airports. Would it them be a place to keep ppl there long long or a facility to turn around incomings and outgoings quickly to avoid a cluster if pandemic strikes again.
A transport node or interchange should just be what it should be - efficient clearing and turning around passengers.
