*Parking eCoupons redeemed are valid for one-time use only at carparks located at Jewel / T1 General Carpark, B2 to B5 (excluding short-term parking), Terminals 2, 3 or 4.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PARKING ECOUPONS
You need to have the iChangi app and be a Changi Rewards (CR) member to redeem parking eCoupons via CarPass.If there is a CarPass QR code on your qualifying receipt:
- Scan the QR code on your receipt, which will launch your iChangi app
- Redirect automatically to CarPass module within your iChangi app
- Verify/Input your vehicle license plate number and the IU number returned
- Click “Proceed” to confirm IU number
- Parking eCoupons will be auto-credited to CR member’s account
If there is no CarPass QR code on your qualifying receipt:
- Login to your iChangi app
- Click on "My CarPass" icon on the homepage
- Verify/Input your vehicle license plate number and the IU number returned
- Click “Proceed” to confirm IU number
- Select relevant parking promotion for redemption
- Select "Attach" option to upload an image of receipt
- Key in the receipt details and redeem the parking eCoupons
Exit the carpark seamlessly! 5-hour free parking will be deducted from your parking charges. There is no need to remove your cashcard.
** Please ensure that promotion redemption on Carpass is done at least 15 minutes prior to exiting the carpark.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Promotion is exclusive to Changi Rewards members with a valid iChangi App account only.- Redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase and through CarPass on the iChangi App.

- The parking eCoupons are valid for cars only and are not valid for Motorcycles.
- The following IU terms apply when using the complimentary parking eCoupon, prior to exiting the carpark:
1. After you have updated the vehicle IU number within your CR member profile, please wait for 15 minutes before claiming for free parking in CarPass for eCoupon to be credited rightly.
2. Parking eCoupons redeemed under the current promotion, and tagged to an existing vehicle IU number are not transferrable to a new vehicle IU. However, this does not apply to CR members’ existing Platinum and Gold parking benefits.
