Jewel Changi airport is looking like a ghost town.....

The rental rebates have to come from somewhere, right?
Fairprice is a tenant, the rental rebates received from CAG, HDB...whoever, should pass down to the consumers, instead of increasing price for profiteering

Do not forget that CEO of Fairprice is a PAP MP - Seah Kian Peng.

If you get your CPF funds, don't go to Jewel. Instead go to Terminal 1 and buy a ticket out of SG.

Ask the gahmen allow our CPF funds to be used for shopping @ Jewel.....

Errr, she is building it for the longgggg term.

Whose stupiak idea it was to build Jewel anyway? I suspect its the whore Jinx trying to rival old man's foresight in building Changi up.

Little does she realise its a waste of out money. Ohh....I forgot that she has moved on from buying high, selling low, to building white elephants that wastes money.

This thread is getting way off-topic
Has anyone been to Changi recently without being fined?

I was planning to go last week, but then they had the stay at home order so had to cancel my plans. :frown:

Message from Jewel Changi:

Dear Jewel Guests,

In line with the latest Circuit Breaker measures announced by the Singapore Government to limit the spread of Covid-19, all non-essential services will cease from 7 April – 4 May 2020. This includes Canopy Park, attractions and the HSBC Rain Vortex.

We are however happy to share that certain eateries and essential services such as the supermarket will remain open to serve your needs. Please refer here for the latest updates. For those visiting Jewel for their essential needs, please be informed that under the latest regulations by the Singapore government, wearing a mask is mandatory.

Guests who have purchased tickets to Canopy Park attractions will be offered an extension until 31 December 2020. Please write in to [email protected] regarding your ticket purchase.

There will continue to be safe distancing measures implemented in Jewel, including the placement of temperature scanners at key entrances of the mall. During this time, deep cleaning and disinfection measures will continue.

We thank you for your kind understanding and support during this time and look forward to welcoming you back when the measures are lifted. Together, we will be stronger as one community. Do stay safe and keep well.

Don't know whether A&W has, but I would recommend the fried chicken at Waffletown.

Do they still serve fried drumsticks ? They were something to die for and the size was way ahead of KFC.
