Having worked at Certis Cisco for the past 12 years, and primarily stationed at the airport, Pang was transferred to Jewel four years ago where he is now one of the security personnel in the team. During his time here, he has provided exemplary service through his many acts of service to Jewel guests. In fact, he has even won the "Outstanding Staff" award in the Customer Service Excellence category at this year's Singapore Tourism Awards by Singapore Tourism Board!
There have been many occasions where Pang has lent a helping hand to distressed travellers at Jewel, even to the extent of buying them a meal or checking with airlines and hotels to secure reservations for these guests.
