Yes, saw before and even knocked down one as it flew into my windscreen. Other than conventional methods, could try to use use some lighting, accoustic and non audible devices. So far so good as none of my properties have this.

Try hAnging inflatable crow from daiso， it works for me each under my side roof, no more annoying droppings!
