Those stupid Tiongs will be in for a surprise that none of these cheap homes will survive in the next 30 years.
jap homes in villages and towns are flimsy as they are woodframed due to earthquakes. hundreds of thousands of $ in repairs as there is sextensive dry rot. may as well tear down and rebuild.
If the Jipun people let Vietnamese and Indians live there, problem will be solved.
