Jailed for punching driver

A MOTORIST who punched the nose of a lorry driver whose vehicle was parked too close to his was jailed for two weeks on Monday. Tan Chon High, 45, who is self-employed, was also banned from driving all vehicles for six months. He admitted hitting Mr Koh Sek Meng, 65, at the carpark at Block 348 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 on April 3. The court heard that when Tan returned to his car, he saw the victim's vehicle was parked very close to him. He also noticed a slight scratch and dent on the rear right door of his car. He confronted the victim about the damage done to his vehicle before driving off.
