The MD placed his nephew there as the DBA who does not know how to do shit. I have seen surveys where 1/4 of silicon valley start-ups have Indian (mostly IIT) founder or co-founder. This has even been recognized by the US Congress hanking IIT graduates for their contribution to the US economy. Taiwanese do very well there too but don't remember any Singaporean or NUS grad?
