Examples include paying ministers well enough to discourage corruption, reining in islamists while lowly paid european politicians are constantly letting them run loose in the name of multiculturalism and free speech, and taking a strong stand on national service while most countries cut NS, cut defence budget and channel the money to welfare services which are often exploited by deadbeats and losers.

By the pap's definition and yours as well, a freak election is one in which the pap loses. This is illogical because the election results reflect the will of the people, and has to be respected and accepted. Hence there is no such thing as freak election results, only sore losers refusing to accept their fate. Not healthy or usefull at all.
