$500 million hardworking taxpayer dollars had been spent on the ERP 2.0 Project. Our govt have to show something & worse with the foolish policy to be world number 1, but lacking in innovation & patience to leave no stone unturned, thru thorough testing, or even let fools try out 1st & learn from their mistakes to improve upon concepts....sigh...
..unlike our far visionary founding & forefathers whom saw real problems but solve them with pragmatism, best options riding on hope & shallow pockets (only $100m in treasury but with so many, so many citizens lives for social expenditures to uplift back then at independence)
However, what had been lost can be gained back again by being wiser, rather than to continue with a proven failed system, to spend another $500 million of taxpayers fund to correct it.....

It is not that Global Navigation Satellite System for traffic congestion resolution will not work,
At its core is about signals, & such are only electromagnetic frequencies which can be amplified by many more signal repeaters built upon each lamppost within the critical traffic congestion capable zones, to ensure signal boosting of 24/7 100% signal strength to Satellites come whatever environmental or weather conditions, akin to laser power, & even such is not guaranteed at 100% within harsh environmental conditions
Such comes at high energy, infrastructure & labour's costs, & worse, it still needs a backup system - gantries to ensure that a citizen had or had not entered the critical zone inorder to reslvove disputes, which means additional labor & maintenance costs to taxpayers public...
In the end, taxpayers citizens will ponder - is ERP 2.0 necessary or even cost & operationally effective than ERP 1.0 ?
