It's about time we start licensing pedestrians before they are allowed on the streets. Should have insurance too.

Pedestrians need to pass a test before they are allowed on the streets. They should also have their NRIC numbers clearly displayed via a plate hanging around their necks so they can easily be identified if they cause an accident. Insurance should be mandatory too.

That fucker is a foreigner. He was just doing what he usually do in his own country.

then should come with a carry portable Distance Meter to record and charge the distance travelled

Auto Self-driving cars, should be made available in Singapore. They are sensitive enough to recognize near collisions and immediately stop or slow down. You can't trust human driver to make the right decision. In order to notice oncoming vehicles, whether visible or invisible, a pedestrian needs also have a beep in their pocket. The same is true for all bikers.

The guy crossed the street like a cat. Just look straight and if it's free, quickly cross.

We shouldn't stop people from dying if they want to take their own risk. So they should do something more to protect the drivers.
On the other hand, we need to punish reckless drivers heavily when they are given license and yet they behave recklessly. The punishment should include life imprisonment and death sentence.

It should be a fair game for both reckless pedestrians and drivers.
