Nicole Minetti attends a meeting at the Lombardy regional headquarters in Milan Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011. Minetti is the Berlusconi aide who took into custody a 17-year-old Moroccan girl nicknamed Ruby, after she was released by police following a phone call from Italian premier Berlusconi, who had detained her for suspected theft. Minetti, a Lombardy regional official who was formerly Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's dental hygienist, is under investigation but denies the accusations. Berlusconi is going on trial April 6 in Milan on charges that he paid for sex with the 17-year-old Moroccan girl nicknamed Ruby and then tried to cover it up.

The parties at the castle were organised with the help of Maria Rosaria Rossi, an MP from Mr Berlusconi's People of Freedom party, according to the wire tap evidence.
In a telephone call on Sept 23, 2010, Nicole Minetti, an Anglo-Italian former showgirl who was propelled into politics with Mr Berlusconi's help, was said to have discussed the parties with Barbara Faggioli, a former Playboy model thought to be close to the prime minister.
"You know they have dinners two or three times a week – more recently, a bit less," Miss Faggioli told Miss Minetti, who is one of three people accused of procuring prostitutes for the prime minister.
The timing implies that the prosecutors believe Ruby was being groomed from the moment she was first noticed at a beauty contest in Sicily, long before she attended what investigators believe was her first dinner in Mr Berlusconi's Arcore mansion on February 14 2010. The document says that Ruby "committed sexual acts with Silvio Berlusconi, for payment in cash and other compensation, at his residence" on 13 occasions from Feb 14 to May 2, 2010. Ruby, who has since turned 18, was 17 at the time.
In an eight-page document, prosecutors indicate the alleged offence of exploiting an under age prostitute took place between September 2009, when Ruby was aged just 16, and May 2010.
This "policewoman" is among the first photographs to emerge from Silvio Berlusconi's infamous "bunga bunga" parties. The television showgirl Barbara Guerra, 32, is pictured wearing a tight-fitting police uniform, provocatively dangling a pair of handcuffs.
Other pictures show unidentified women about to kiss as well as women in provocative poses. They were all taken in the early hours of the morning at Mr Berlusconi's home in Arcore near Milan, one of the venues for the parties.
The pictures were discovered on laptops and cameras seized by prosecutors from dozens of female guests as part of their investigation into the Italian prime minister. The photographs form part of the 20,000 page prosecution dossier which details the allegations of abuse of office and under-age prostitution.
The document alleges that Ms Minetti [seen here on the 'Colorado Cafe' TV Show] arranged payments to the women, while Mr Mora and Mr Fede "identified young women disposed to prostitute themselves in the Arcore residence of Silvio Berlusconi".
Miss Minetti, 25, an Anglo-Italian showgirl whom he helped to propel into a politics as a regional councillor in Lombardy, was recorded as calling the prime minister "a piece of ----" and "an old man" who had ruined her life and "is trying to save his own flabby
