I would jail him for 12 hundred years.
I suspect 3 months or less for "good performance". It is all planned and told to Arowana behind closed door and he is happy to put on a show with the verdict. On top of which, still get monthly pension to retire gracefully, which Sinkies can only dream of.
He will stay in Changi tonight and there will be no aircon and mattress for him. Inmates also not allowed to wear brief or boxers
