I dunt get leg cramp at night drinking it while walking the golf course during the day

if drink plain water, sometime at night got bad cramp

It helps replenish the electrolytes and salts lost during exercise through sweat. And delicately balanced to the correct ratio

Sometimes it also helps hydrate better than normal water, due to hydration salts that combine to cause certain chemical reactions to cause production of water inside your body.

In general, I'm told it's no good to drink it when you don't exercise, because it will cause your kidneys to go into overdrive to remove the excess salt that is inside the isotonic drink your bosy doesn't need.

Have plenty of benefit ( junk drink) plan water the best cheap and good

While I was in the army we were forced to drink DIY isotonic water.

Just add salt to water & you have a cheap isotonic drink:)

If you do endurance sports and lose a lot of electrolytes from perspiration, isotonic drinks restore the balance.

However, if you lead a sedentary lifestyle, they aren't needed. In fact, they could be harmful if taken in excess.
