Fact 2: WP tried to collect money again from this group of Hawkers for the same job. U can try to argue about this but the fact that they had done it before shows the Hawkers were not lying

Fact 4: The Hawkers were the ones who complain to NEA, not NEA or government finding trouble with WP

Fact 8: To add onto Fact 6, Spring Cleaning needs to be done once a year. The last Spring cleaning was done in March the previous year. Incident happened in March 1 year later. What excuse? The only excuse I have heard so far was VB shirking from admitting NEA made a mistake under his watch, instead he blame it all on WP. Is VB taking us for idiots? For 3 months, he refused to rectify the wrong message NEA passed to AHPETC, and instead squarely push the blame to WP. NEA said hawkers will provide it, hawkers said AHPETC will provide it, what AHPETC should do, ask them to find their own contractor la.
