Regarding beating red light definition.....if your not caught then it’s not.

yup. funny thing is that the guy has diplomatic immunity meaning that he's not subject to the laws of the state he's stationed in. Anyone ever tested what happens if you beat the shit out of him? I mean the police and the laws can't touch him right? Shouldn't that also mean that the police can't even investigate because he's not technically a victim of that state?

unfortunately yes. it has happened before in sinkieland. again my memory fails me, let me see if I can dig up the details. theoretically, there is nothing much anyone can do if he just drives up to a pedestrian and runs him over and F.O. home. Of course, the counter to that is that the host government will throw the guest ambassador out of the country if tulan enough. The counter counter to that is that sometimes the host is balless and will just roll over and close one eye if they need the other government badly.
