Is there Chinese privilege in Singapore?

When someone claims that there are privileges for another person there are only couple of reasons for doing so
they feel under privileged from their own doings that caused them to be in the same predicament.
they are in a bad situation but wanting to put the blame on other rather than doing their own soul searching
they are jealous that’s all
So what if the Chinese have privilege as they claim, most of the bonus pay out or relieve measures from the Govt come from Chinese tax payer money And it’s the brutal truth. Even traffic fines, Chinese pay more than the anyone else. So what more they want?
In Malaysia, there was an MP who question “Apa cina mau lagi” well, I will now ask the Malays, “Apa Melayu Mau Lagi”
