You misinterpreted Ramseth's posting. He was complimenting you actually ie he endorsed what you said and regarded it as quote of the year. I too feel that your remarks indeed worthy as the quote of the year.

Surely surveys are not rocket science but they do provide some clues, don't they? A line-up of LTK, CSM and SL is enough for the MIW to know they face their toughest battle in Aljunied. With Pritam's credentials, as the 4th member, he wasn't going to drag the team down.

Another very good quote from you. Bravo! But just a small comment. In reality there is no other PAP leader than LKY. He is PAP and PAP is him. Simple as that. The rest are just running dogs (the no-balls specie). Given this scenario, he will leave when he wants to leave. Though we all know he will leave only when he leaves this earth.

You've said nothing wrongly. I've met LKY up close a few times, the most recent being the nomination day. I feel he doesn't think he's god. He believes there no god. He just believes that he's the most powerful man in Singapore.

Supposedly. When GCT inherited the PM post from LKY in 1990, it was a totally different one when LKY was PM. The PM would no longer be the paramount leader in S'pore. That remained with LKY. So on it goes ie when GCT passed the baton to LHL, the PM post is just a little more than a figure head. LKY is still the supreme leader, up to now. It was exactly the same situation in China when Deng Hsiao Peng was alive. He wasn't the PM, but he was the paramount leader. That's why when LKY was asked who he thinks is the greatest policital leader, he replied Deng Hsiao Peng. He saw himself in Deng Hsiao Peng.

You are very perceptive. The PM is supposed to be the leader. So what went wrong in Singapore? Was it LKY's fault? or was it GCT's or LHL's fault.

Someone must be at fault to cause such a bad situation in SG
