Is it true that Morgan Stanley related notes 'worthless?'

Hi all,

I was hearing the radio about 15 mins ago when i heard the radio says 'Morgan Stanley related notes are deemed worthless.'

Is it related to High-5 notes? or did i hear wrongly.

If it's not true, then i apologise because I really didn't hear properly.... sometimes i hear wrong things.

But if its true, then how come? Morgan Stanley is still running and alive. And does that mean it will be like DBS notes?
