If you're still not having menses at 18 that means you're body is telling you it's not ready. Wait until it is.

Let say the lawmakers consulted islamic guru or the law is influenced to some extent by islam whether explicitly or implicitly, still nothing related to islam? That is not correct. Civil law still above Sharia. Only problem is many civil judges are malay and succumb to religious influence.
Current homosexual PM trying to elevate syariah to same status as civil. That will Not work syariah laws are passed by religious preachers without debate nor are they elected into position and subject to abuse of power.
