IP Vanish

It's not from my server. It would be from the Singapore ISP's proxy servers.

HOW WILL my singtel server hv my particulars when I logged into SBF and they disappear into a black hole.
You may explain in Burmese or Parsis

Don't believe this Leongsam.

Experience people has said this

100% Anonymity is not achievable,

Proxies and VPN's are only a part of it.

Google search if you don't believe/ want to know more.

In life, nothing is 100% but anything you do that increases the odds in your favor is a positive.

Last time Tunnel Bear and now IP Vanish and what next?

Already bought one year subscription for Tunnel Bear you twit!

There's absolutely nothing wrong with tunnel bear. I use it on all my mobile devices.

I remembered posting somewhere that StrongVPN don't work in China I wonder anyone knows any other VPNs that will work there. Looks like the Great Wall is able to overcome the "imperialists" vpns.

I read and read and if I'm not wrong it seems like I may have to subscribe to their China package no? I've already been a subscriber for past 3 years I think, used to be able to work in China with my current subscription.

I do not see why your existing account cannot be configured to work in China.

Start a chat session with their help desk personal and ask them whether a tech can help configure your account so that it works in China too.

Let me know the outcome.

Yes I thought I will chat with them. I had chatted with them about 6 occasions and have to admit all the time problem solved immediately, very impressed with their service, its money well spent I must say. Ok I will update here when I have the chance to chat with them, just back to the crazy world of biz now and gotta fly again in 4hrs :*:.

Thank you, room-mate. But how about the security standpoint?

tcp should be more secure as it uses higher encryption methods - a reason why firewalls "trust" tcp connections more than udp. moreover, stateful firewalls can track tcp sessions and account for them. udp sessions are notorious for flood or dos attacks. with tcp, you can also bypass firewalls by using common ports 80 & 443. if you have high speed broadband without nat (i.e. all packets are in ipv4) and the isp and vpn service do not fragment your packets like crazy, then udp should be way faster. udp vpn is better for apps that are time sensitive such as torrenting and voip. fire and forget. constantly sending keep alives or hello packets will keep session up. otherwise, some firewalls will time out a udp session. no handshaking. tcp should be ok without a noticeable speed impairment if your service is excellent to begin with.

Yes yes subscribe to their Intranet. That's what China is slowly doing. :D
