Many upgradings in progress in every single towns and estates.
After compraining for 8 years without avail, the Town council has decided to build another small road leading into and out of the carpark in my HDB 's estate because the sole exit is damn congested in the morning and shared by 800 vehicles. ( no joke )
and when i walked around my neighbourhood to relax, I can see that some small roads to ease congestions have been built.. Election time!
My little bird told me that after Election, immediately, GST will up to 10% and ERP and season parking will go up up up. They are even calculating how much to increase for ministerial pay now that the "economic recession" has spectacularly recovered. ( thanks to PAP the papers praise )
Expect some giveouts in year 2010. Expect more shit in 2011
