if the PAP has a slight possibility of losing the 2016 election. during election rally. LHL, TCH, Tharman, rest of PAP ministers will line up a straight row and say sorry, slap themselves, kneel down to the ground and kowtow to the people. this scenario is of course ludicrous. but my point is winning the election matters most of all. losing face doesn't matter at all because losing the election is more terrifying to the PAP.
